Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Salary Range: $71,000-78,000 annually

IFN of Ontario is seeking a Finance Manager who is ready to take the lead in strengthening financial operations and supporting responsible, transparent stewardship of resources.

What You’ll Be Part Of

• Leading financial operations that support programs and funding agreements
• Strengthening financial reporting, budgeting, and accountability practices
• Working closely with leadership to support informed decision-making
• Contributing to strong financial systems that support long-term sustainability

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
• Experience working with funding agreements or public sector environments
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences
• A commitment to accuracy, accountability, and meaningful work
